Advanced Design Features of V-lite Blocks for Structural Integration and Easy Installation
- The end sides of the blocks have grooves that enable the removal of two rectangular sections, creating a horizontal channel for laying rebars. This feature facilitates the casting of beams and lintels within the wall, and the bottom of the blocks can be broken to cast reinforced columns at corners, doors, and windows, eliminating the need for formworks.
- The blocks are designed for quick and straightforward installation of water, gas, electrical, and communication pipelines within the wall.
- Two round openings at the bottom of each block can be utilized to connect the hollow spaces across all blocks, allowing for the pouring of low-density foam concrete, ideal for constructing insulated walls.
