Project Overview
On November 21, 2013, THT successfully exported a shipment to Thailand, which included the MasterCut 3 brick cutting machine and several other pieces of equipment for the production of lightweight concrete bricks.
Located 300km northeast of Bangkok, AA Ceramic Company has been producing foam concrete bricks since 2010. Initially, they operated a modest production line with a capacity of 30m3/day, using manually poured "ice cream molds", which resulted in low productivity, high costs, and compromised brick quality due to issues like excessive mold oil, making construction challenging.
After visiting and evaluating our equipment, AACERAMIC decided to purchase the MasterCut 3 cutting machine and other equipment to revolutionize their technology and enhance their production line's efficiency. With the new MasterCut 3, the company expects to significantly improve both the productivity and quality of their bricks, as well as drastically increase their sales volume.
As a major rice-producing country, Thailand is encouraging the use of foam concrete bricks as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional fired bricks to protect the environment and preserve agricultural land. Lightweight concrete bricks are increasingly being promoted for production and use in Thailand, and Thăng Tiến is planning to supply more lightweight concrete brick manufacturing equipment to Thailand in the coming years.
